Payments
Payments can be made using the Paypal system. With PayPal, you can shop online securely and conveniently using your debit or credit card, bank account or PayPal balance – all without sharing your financial details with the seller. Paypal automatically encrypts all sensitive information sent between your computer and its servers so that you are totally protected. Don’t worry if you don’t have a Paypal account, you can still use the system to send money. However, if you would like a Paypal account, it is free to set one up. Visit www.paypal.co.uk
Shipping / Delivery
All items listed are sent via Royal Mail First Class. Our postage and packing charges are set at £3.95 per order. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery of non-personalised items. Personalised items can take up to 28 days for delivery, although if you are in a hurry, please do let us know and we will do our best to get your items to you sooner. Please contact us for international shipping rates.
Returns
Under the terms of the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery of goods. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you should return it to us in a fully resalable condition within seven days of receipt. Postage costs to return items shall be borne by you and you will need to retain your proof of posting, as we cannot be held responsible for items which are lost in the post. Once we receive your returned items and they have been checked and found in good condition, we will refund your money, minus the original postage and packaging costs, within 7 days.
Please note that the Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to personalised goods and therefore these items may not be returned.
